At Peak Performance Prints, we stand behind the quality of our custom apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. This timeframe begins when you receive your order, as confirmed by tracking information.

What Can Be Returned

Eligible for Return:

  • Standard apparel items in original condition
  •  Items with manufacturing defects or printing errors
  • Wrong items sent due to our error
  • Items damaged during shipping

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom and personalized items (unless defective or our error)
  • Items with 3D customization or hand-drawn names
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging and tags

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email: team@peakperformanceprints.com.au within 14 days including:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Authorization

We'll respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid label (for defective/error items only)

Step 3: Package & Ship

  • Use original packaging when possible
  •  Include return authorization number
  • Ship with tracking (keep receipt)

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

  • Items inspected within 2 business days of receipt
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Refund issued to original payment method within 2-3 business days

Shipping Costs

We Pay Return Shipping For:

  • Manufacturing defects or printing errors
  • Wrong items sent
  • Damaged items during shipping

You Pay Return Shipping For:

  • Change of mind returns
  • Size exchanges (unless we sent wrong size)
  • Color preference changes

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Defective items
  • Items damaged in shipping

Bulk Orders & Team Apparel

  • Orders over 20 items: 7-day return window
  • Custom team designs: Returns only for defects or errors
  • Partnership orders: Contact your partner representative

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 2 business days from receipt
  • Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Payment: 2-3 business days to original payment method

Quality Guarantee

All items undergo quality inspection before shipping. If you receive a defective item, we'll replace it at no cost to you, including return and replacement shipping.
