Sublimation printing is a method of printing that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper & then transferring that image onto another material (usually polyester or a polyester mix) through heat. When the ink is heated it turns into a gas & binds to the material, essentially dying the material. The print becomes part of the material & is unnoticeable to the touch, it can't be scratched & will not fade.

Polyester

Polyester is a material preferred in a sporting environment, where excessive sweating occurs & maneuverability is important, seen mostly in dry-fit apparel. Polyester is used for moisture resistance & the ability to bring sweat to the surface of the material & away from the skin for better comfort. Due to it’s flexibility & strength, polyester can withstand a high volume of damage & continue to keep it’s shape & purpose.

Mix Blends

Blends are created to improve the feel, performance or durability of the fabric, along with creating a better look & tone to bring a great combination to meet all needs. For example, when cotton & polyester are combined it often creates a fabric that is lightweight, durable & with some degree of moisture resistance.

Cotton

100% cotton is a great material for it’s breathability, light weight & airy feel, creating a good foundation for sportswear & more. When printed on, cotton brings out a outstanding tone with a smart professional look. Meeting both performance & appearence for a great image.
